Read the Foundation first.

We ask for your Signal username and your city and state. Your Signal username is how we reach you and how your chapter lead will contact you. Your location is how we match you with people nearby. Both are required for this to work. This data is stored on our own infrastructure, never shared with third parties, and is removed if you become inactive or request deletion.
